UPDATE FROM PRIMARY

The Year 3 - 6 classes have started our singing lessons on Tuesday afternoons. We begin with vocal warm-ups. We feel a bit silly doing them, but they're fun. The songs we are singing this term all relate to 'friends'. Some of the songs are new to us, but others we already know. We hope we will get to sing for you at some stage soon (when we're a bit more polished).

Guess what? Our Year 5–6 students now know 58 Spanish words—and no, “taco” isn’t one of them (yet)! 

Since conquering the alphabet like language-learning superheroes, they’ve been on a mission to grow their Spanish vocab day by day. And now, we’ve set ourselves a bold challenge: 100 words by the end of the month!

It’s been a mix of laughter, learning, and lots of “¿Cómo se dice...?” moments. Feel free to quiz your child at home—just be ready to be impressed (or confused)!
