GLOBAL PRIMARY READING WEEK

What you need to know 

• Global Primary Reading Week takes place during 17-21 March 2025.
• Reading Week aims to promote reading for at least ‘10 Minutes a Day’.
• Students have Planners which encourage them to read for at least ‘10 Minutes a Day’ and record their reading
• During Reading Week, we would like all students to read for at least ‘10 Minutes a Day’ and record their reading minutes in their Planners.
• We would also like all PLTs to collate the numberof reading minutes over the week and share this information via our Reading Week Webform.
• The reading minutes will then be tallied, creating an average number of reading minutes perstudent per Campus, and celebrated through our social media links.
• We hope that Reading Week will boost enthusiasm and engagement around reading and continue to support the students in reading each day as part of their routines for learning during Studies and at home.
